PRODUCT
Product Planning:
Listing the main functions, technical and optional features of the product according to target market, competitors and customer expectations.
Conceptual Design:
Industrial design of the product, creation of control interfaces. Value chain cost prediction studies of the product are made. The innovations thought to be in the product are adapted.
Application Design:
Visual Mock-up is prepared according to the frozen industrial design. Product features are determined by versions. Necessary simulations are made to optimize energy consumption.
Detail Design:
Mechanical design is made by 3D modeling. Detail designs of all parts of the group technical drawing are completed. According to the final mechanical design, a physical prototype is prepared simultaneously. Necessary tests for design verification are done on the prototype. According to the results, the design is revised and takes its final shape.
PRODUCTION
Mold, Machine & Line:
We make all the mold, machine, apparatus and line designs necessary for the production of the products. We can produce the required or buy it for you in accordance with the early equipment management system.
Factory & Lay-Out:
The factory plans to produce the products we make, considering the long-term development. If desired, we build the factory building. We design the layout lay-out of production equipment and all installations. Placement and installation in accordance with the plan is carried out.
Testing and Certification:
Product certification support is provided. Product safety and function tests are carried out and performed in accordance with the required standards. Listing and supplying test and control equipment needed for production and laboratories.
Parts Purchase:
Preparation of product lists (BOM). Determining the right suppliers for the parts and components to be used in production. Correct addressing according to price and quality criteria.
